Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in billing, preferably in warehouse or logistics.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations: Oversee processing of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Documentation: Ensure all billing documents are correctly prepared and filed.
• Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to address and resolve complex billing problems.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for billing processes.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the billing team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Customer Service: Assist customers and vendors with billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Training and Development: Assist in training team members on billing processes and systems.
