DSV is seeking a Team Lead, Billing to oversee daily billing operations supporting warehouse and brokerage activities. You will ensure timely invoicing, act as the liaison between warehouse operations and finance, and streamline billing processes in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective written and oral communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Oversee the day-to-day billing operations related to the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, rates, and company policies.
• Experience with billing systems and document imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day billing operations related to the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, rates, and company policies.
• Collect and scan documents into the document imaging system for billing packets and visibility.
• Ensure charges are entered timely into the billing system and audit charges so DSV can bill the client (DSV routed cargo).
• Enter all charges, print invoice and mail with applicable documentation to client (Non-DSV cargo).
• Process and record direct deposits and electronic bill payments for the brokerage operation.
• Confirm duty payment and bill if necessary.
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies for the brokerage operation.
• Proactively identify and resolve billing related issues.
• Train, mentor, and guide billing team members to ensure quality and productivity standards.
