PD Instore is hiring a Billing Specialist in Minneapolis to prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and maintain billing records. You will work with Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure timely revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in billing or accounting, familiarity with ERP (Dynamics 365), and strong Excel/Office skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Review orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process customer payments and apply cash receipts.
• Reconcile billing transactions and assist with month-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Customer Service and Finance to resolve invoicing issues.
