You will gather information from multiple departments, spot discrepancies, post monthly journal entries, and generate reports with meticulous attention to detail.

In-office during training with a hybrid schedule 1–2 days per week from home after training, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting and invoicing experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to spot for inconsistencies.
• Able to ask questions and follow up across departments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Invoice machines.
• Review sales documentation to confirm all charges are captured.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Compare supporting docs against ERP/accounting data.
• Identify missing information and ask questions to resolve issues.
• Create and post monthly journal entries.
• Run and distribute monthly reports.
