Qualifications

• Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce or Heroku is a plus.
• Ability to think logically and analytically about customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain Excel worksheets to track productivity and completion of tasks.
• Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process refunds, discounts, and review requests from other departments.
• Meet Productivity, Quality, and Efficiency standards set by leadership.
• Analyze work and report opportunities for quality and process improvement.
• Review Payment methods exceptions and categorize declines for action.
• Investigate credit card charge-backs and respond to institutions timely.
• Maintain department quality and SLA adherence.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
