Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Chattanooga, TN to support account maintenance, refunds, discounts and payment applications. You will analyze billing data, resolve issues quickly, and help implement procedures to minimize future customer concerns.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of data entry experience, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with solid communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Heroku/Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain MS Excel worksheets to track productivity and completion of assigned projects and tasks.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Process refunds, discounts, and review requests from other departments.
• Meet Productivity, Quality, and Efficiency standards set by leadership.
• Analyze work and report opportunities for quality and process improvement.
• Review and categorize credit card, ACH, and check exceptions.
• Investigate credit card charge-backs and respond to institutions promptly.
