Job summary

HomeServe USA Corp. seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst with 3+ years AR experience to handle high-volume transactions, refunds, chargebacks, billing and receipts application.

The role requires updating cashbooks in Excel, analyzing aging reports, and producing analyses using pivot tables and slicers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to interact with multiple departments and vendors daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and general accounting software.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct account research and analysis across company accounts.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze various AR reports.
• Follow-up on variances and reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Process financial transactions related to Fee for Service / Installation.
• Enter customer payments and post invoices; reconcile with GL daily.
• Maintain cashbooks, aging reports and perform routine reconciliations.
• Assist audits and support internal/external financial review.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve issues.
