Job summary

Intuit seeks a detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to resolve customer financial account issues, process refunds, and manage payment disputes with accuracy and empathy.

You will research transaction records, ensure compliance with internal policies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases within defined SLAs. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and tax exemptions is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing operations is preferred.
• Background in payment processing, transaction reconciliation, or dispute resolution is valuable.
• Familiarity with sales tax exemptions or exemption certificate management is a plus.
