Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive packing slips and sales orders from Sales and Shipping.
• Verify orders for accurate fees, freight, taxes and addresses.
• Process billing for consumables and rentals; ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage cycle and final billing; handle associated credits.
• Send invoices via mail, email, or portals per customer terms.
• Collaborate with AR and Sales; maintain records in the systems.
• Conduct credit checks on new customers; monitor payment status.
