LHH US is partnering with a growing organization to fill a Billing Specialist contract in Texas. The role focuses on invoicing, billing accuracy, and supporting revenue operations on a 3-6 month basis with potential for longer-term opportunities.

You will generate invoices, resolve discrepancies, assist with month-end close, and collaborate with operations and project teams. The position requires 2+ years in billing/A/R, strong Excel, ERP experience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, A/R, or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and revenue reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Generate and process invoices for services, equipment, and parts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage billing backlogs and support revenue accuracy.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Partner with operations and project teams to ensure timely billing.
