Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate invoices for sales orders, and to deliver them to customers via mail, web, or email.

You will record invoices on each salesperson's sales register, manage customer billing information on the company site, review freight charges, and prepare invoice packets for filing. Strong data entry and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be proactive in nature.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Consistently accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Maintain customer billing information on the web site and in files.
• Record sales orders and invoices on each salesperson's sales register.
• Review and determine proper billing of freight charges and enter charges.
• Invoice orders that have shipped for Harbor Graphic customers.
• Deliver invoices to customers via mail, email, or customer web site.
• Prepare invoice packets for filing and closing.
• Maintain current and accurate sales and commission registers.
