Job summary

The Vomela Companies is seeking an Invoicing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of sales orders and to deliver invoices to customers via mail, web site, or email. You will record sales orders and invoices on each salesperson's sales register and support billing processes for Harbor Graphic customers.

Key responsibilities include managing customer billing information, ensuring accurate freight charges, and maintaining the sales and commission registers at month end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be proactive in nature.
• Analytical.
• Must have consistently accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to organize and process a large volume of paper and electronic information.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Manage and maintain customer web site billing information including passwords.
• Maintain current and accurate sales register.
• Review and determine proper billing of freight charges, enter charges on customer orders.
• Invoice orders that have shipped for Harbor Graphic customers.
• Prepare invoice packet for filing.
• Deliver invoices to customer via mail, email or customer web site.
• Maintain customer web site information files and register on additional sites as needed.
• Maintain current and accurate sales register, create commission register at month end.
• Process customer pre-shipment billing request.
• Perform other duties or task as directed by management.
