Mesilla Valley Transportation is seeking an Invoice Coordinator in El Paso, TX to join our finance team. You will review and process vendor invoices, verify billing details, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in invoicing or accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous approach to data entry. This full-time role offers growth within a stable, family-owned logistics company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years invoicing or accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Vendors, Account Payables and with On Road Advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments.
• Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding balances with vendors.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Generate billing and invoicing for charge backs.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing out vendor RO.
• Respond to Vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
