Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years invoicing or accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.

The Invoice Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This position supports financial operations by coordinating with vendors, Accounts Payable, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with Vendors, Account Payables and with On Road Advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding.
• Will have repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of sitting.
• Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
