eShipping is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, claims, and customer support. You will generate invoices and reports, investigate discrepancies, and provide documentation to customers.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver invoicing, billing, and dispute handling solutions.
• Assist customers in resolving carrier disputes and overcharge claims.
• Learn and use required software applications.
• Adhere to SOPs and internal controls.
• Generate weekly and monthly invoice reports.
• Provide customers with backup documentation for invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
