Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support a fast-paced invoicing function. You will generate and review customer invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure billing accuracy in line with contracts and procedures.

In this role you will work cross-functionally, resolve billing issues, and maintain documentation while providing exceptional service to customers. A hybrid schedule with one remote day per week is available.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and process customer invoices using contracts and guidelines.
• Ensure invoices meet accuracy, pricing, tax, and documentation requirements.
• Verify related records before submission and monitor workflows to prevent delays.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate invoice status to customers.
