Job summary

BDO USA in Greenville, SC seeks a Billing Analyst to handle the preparation and issuance of billings and maintain internal contract setups within the firm’s software systems.

Responsibilities include processing monthly invoices via ServiceNow, quality-proofing invoices, and assisting with client or contract changes for invoicing. Strong Excel/Word and Oracle Fusion experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years in Billing or AR required.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; SharePoint preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems required.
• Displays strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project, or contract changes for invoicing.
• Performs other duties as required.
