Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst responsible for the preparation and issuance of assigned billings and maintaining internal customer contract setups within the firm’s software systems.

The role includes processing monthly billing and on-demand client invoices, ensuring invoice accuracy, and supporting client or contract changes for invoicing. Strong MS Office, SharePoint, and Oracle Fusion experience are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required
