Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage the preparation and issuance of billings and maintain internal customer contract setups within the firm's systems. You will process monthly billing, review invoices for accuracy, and support contract changes to ensure timely invoicing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Billing or AR, proficiency with Word, Excel, and SharePoint, and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred
• Two (2) or more year’s experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
• Other duties as required
