Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to prepare and issue billings and maintain internal customer contract setups across our software systems. You will process monthly invoices, verify accuracy, and support contract changes while collaborating with teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires 2+ years in Billing/AR, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with ERP platforms like Oracle Fusion. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years billing or AR experience required
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
• Other duties as required
