Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage the preparation and issuance of client billings while maintaining internal contract setups in the firm’s software systems. You will handle monthly invoices, proofs, and ensure accuracy across project and client changes.

Ideal candidates possess 2+ years in Billing/AR, with strong Excel/Word skills and familiarity with Oracle Fusion or ERP systems. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two or more years' Billing or AR experience required.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel required.
• SharePoint proficiency preferred.
• Oracle Fusion or other project-based ERP systems required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, time management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing and on-demand client invoices.
• Proof and ensure accuracy of invoices.
• Assist with client, project or contract changes for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.
