Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to prepare and issue billings and maintain internal customer contract setups within the firm’s software systems. The role handles monthly billing, on-demand invoices, and invoicing changes, using ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, and Office tools.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential in a professional services environment. Two+ years in Billing/AR preferred; associate or bachelor degree preferred; ERP experience and SharePoint a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of billing and/or accounts receivable (AR) experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.
