Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage the preparation and issuance of billings and to maintain internal customer contract setups in the firm’s software systems.

The role requires two or more years in Billing/AR, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP. The position involves processing monthly invoices and supporting contract changes, with a client-service focus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) required.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, required.
• Oracle Fusion or other project-based ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue.
• Proof invoices and ensure accuracy of invoicing.
• Assist with client, project, or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.
