Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc seeks a Billing Experience Manager to join our Success Team. You will master the Prompt billing/reporting suite, troubleshoot billing issues, and help communicate feature releases to customers.

This role partners with engineers on bugs and supports enterprise billing colleagues during client calls. The ideal candidate has rehab clinical experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA) or equivalent healthcare background.
• Analytical mindset with strong ability to troubleshoot and test software use cases.
• Proactive, self-motivated and quick to learn independently.
• Thrives in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and efficiency.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours when needed.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• No prior billing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of billing offerings to answer customer inquiries.
• Serve as customer champion through ongoing help desk support.
• Update internal and external knowledge bases to scale support.
• Drive customer satisfaction by understanding evolving needs and delivering value.
• Establish workflows so the support team runs efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve product and service features.
• Prioritize billing tickets by quantifying needs and value.
• Share user feedback with Product to guide feature development.
• Support Enterprise Billing Success Managers during client calls and triage.
