Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking an Enterprise Billing Success Manager to become a billing expert for enterprise clients. You will onboard large billing teams, train on best practices, and collaborate with sales during complex cycles.

You will master Prompt Reporting, AR and KPI data, guide teams through revenue cycle processes, and build long-term client relationships to ensure success and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or CPA-equivalent certification.
• 5+ years in medical billing with enterprise RCM experience (100+ therapists).
• Strong accounting concepts and MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise billing teams and train RCM staff on best practices.
• Support sales during enterprise cycles and respond to billing inquiries.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR and KPI reporting practices.
• Develop expertise in Prompt reporting, industry accounting and ERP flows.
• Build relationships with enterprise billing teams and configure workflows.
