Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Owings Mills, MD, seeks a seasoned Supervisor, Billing Setup & Enrollment to lead Enrollment Associates, Analysts, and Contract Rate Analysts. You will oversee contract setup, pricing changes, enrollment requests, workflow balance, and quality metrics while ensuring billing integrity and regulatory compliance.

As a people leader, you will drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide complex contract interpretations and billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Finance Operations, Contract Administration, Billing, Pricing, or related environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of contract interpretation, pricing administration, and financial controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience managing operational metrics and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage Enrollment team members through performance management and workforce planning.
• Oversee contract setup, pricing changes, enrollment requests, workload balancing, and SLA attainment.
• Provide guidance on complex contract interpretation, pricing exceptions, and billing corrections.
• Drive continuous improvement through SOPs, automation, and process standardization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support client onboarding and pricing accuracy.
