Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Billing Business Analyst to turn billing data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that improve accuracy and client experience. You will partner with Billing Client Experience Partners, Finance, IT/Data, and other operations to identify trends, resolve disputes, and drive continuous improvement across the billing lifecycle.
