Element Fleet Management is seeking a Billing Client Experience Partner in Owings Mills, MD to serve as the primary billing contact for an assigned client portfolio. You will resolve inquiries, explain invoices, and promote a positive client experience through proactive communication and strong collaboration with internal teams.

The role emphasizes precision in billing, ownership of client communication, and adherence to billing policies, with opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations, finance operations, client service, or a related field.
• Experience resolving customer or client inquiries in a professional environment.
• Ability to analyze billing information and identify routine billing discrepancies.
• Experience using billing systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client billing relationships.
• Respond to billing inquiries and explain invoices and processes.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the billing lifecycle.
• Resolve routine and moderately complex billing questions with supporting docs.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate highly complex or systemic issues as appropriate.
• Review billing reports to identify variances and trends.
• Partner with analytics to translate data insights for clients.
