Ideal candidates have prior billing and dispatch experience, strong data-entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication. This is a daytime, M–F role with stable hours and a supportive logistics team.

Qualifications

• Previous billing and dispatch experience required.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable.
• Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, or routes.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing paperwork
• Review billing information for accuracy
• Enter and maintain customer, order, and delivery information
• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and driver assignments
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, pickups, and deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
• Track deliveries and follow up on delays or changes
• Resolve billing and dispatch issues as they ariseMaintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
