Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly driver work schedules to maximize freight coverage.
• Communicate and distribute appointment dates/times to drivers and fleets.
• Coordinate between IMC locations to optimize drivers' time.
• Assist drivers with equipment issues, detention time, and rail billing.
• Handle driver service failures and apply changes; maintain yard reports.
• Oversee HOS and ELD updates; participate in driver recruiting and retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
