Job summary

Pacific Backflow in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Billing and Data Associate to support our billing operations using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan. You’ll enter data, maintain records, and generate invoices while helping with general office tasks and keeping our customers well cared for.

This role requires accurate data entry (45 WPM), a sharp eye for detail, and comfort with basic accounting and web apps. English fluency is expected; Spanish is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• QuickBooks, web apps, Word, Excel, and email skills.
• One year of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• English fluency required; Spanish is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records in QuickBooks and our database, and generate invoices for completed work.
• Handle general office duties including word processing, copying, scanning, filing, answering phones, and other communications.
• Review all service reports for accuracy before invoicing.
• Enter reports accurately into web apps and other software.
• Process and document customer payments, including checks and credit cards.
• Stay current on updates to our billing procedures.
• Send invoices according to each customer's preferences.
• Jump in wherever you're needed to support the team!
