Victor is seeking a Billing Associate to provide billing services under the Billing Supervisor. The role involves data entry, processing services and adjustments, and ensuring client information is accurately captured in our billing software.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative support with billing systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve billing issues efficiently. California driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support with billing systems or similar.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and insurance.
• Willing to complete TB test and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with site and fiscal personnel regarding tasks.
• Solves problems with billing processes of low to moderate complexity.
• Enters services, adjustments, and data into billing software daily.
• Ensures initial client information is entered into the billing system.
• Performs monthly eligibility checks and routes issues to Billing Supervisor.
• Interprets financial reports for billing information as needed.
• Performs complex reconciliation processes.
