Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our call center. You will handle high-volume calls, billing tasks, and back-office processing while delivering professional, accurate service to customers.

Responsibilities include resolving billing questions, processing payments, maintaining service orders, and supporting collections. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of call center or billing customer service experience required.
• Experience with regulated utilities or municipalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls and back-office tasks professionally.
• Investigate and resolve billing, collections, and inquiries.
• Maintain service orders in the CIS system.
• Process customer payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Explain programs and obtain information (ACH, e-billing, etc.).
• Deliver superior customer service and meet metrics.
