Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and/or emails regarding service, operation or maintenance.
• Process payments and post to the correct account.
• Set up new customer accounts and handle refunds/transfers as needed.
• Enter service-related work orders into the system.
• Prepare routine correspondence and periodic reports.
