Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain bill calculations to customers and address sewer/water service questions.
• Collect data to correct errors on customer accounts.
• Schedule work orders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Perform data entry and related processing tasks.
• Compute meter readings from reports for residential, commercial and specialized billings.
• Process billing on sheriff sales and bankruptcies; generate resolutions data.
