Responsibilities

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account balances.
• Reconcile billing records and assist with month-end close activities.
• Prepare billing reports and provide support to the accounting team.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative projects as needed.
