Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functions.

• Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms.
• Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows.
• Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies.
• Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement.
