Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate in the United States to support billing, invoicing, and customer service. You will ensure accurate invoices, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and help drive billing efficiency across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have experience in billing or accounts receivable, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows.
  • Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Sales Associate to support our sales and operational teams. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate sales and billing information, and supporting business growth through strong administrative and relationship management skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms
  • Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows
  • Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies
  • Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement
What Are We Looking For

Work Environment

Professional office environment with regular interaction with customers, sales teams, operations personnel, and business partners. Combination of independent work and cross functional collaboration. Fast paced setting requiring strong organization and attention to detail. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to meet business needs.
