Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Proficient computer literacy, must use technology efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately post daily payments and charges to patient accounts.
• Review information in EMR system before entering billing.
• Document progress in internal EMR and billing system.
• Generate electronic patient statements.
• Collect revenue by reviewing and transmitting insurance claims.
• Support Finance Department with daily and monthly close.
• Maintain knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding.
