Job summary

IVIRMA Global is seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator- Medical Data Entry for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. The role involves posting payments and charges, validating information in our EMR system, and generating patient statements.

You will support the Finance Department with daily and monthly closes while maintaining CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding knowledge. The position offers hybrid work after KPI milestones, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to use related technology efficiently.
• High energy with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; self-directed work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Post daily payments and charges to patient accounts for in-office and surgical center billing.
• Review EMR information before posting to ensure accuracy and capture errors.
• Document progress and notes in the EMR and billing system.
• Generate electronic patient statements for billing.
• Collect revenue by reviewing and transmitting insurance claims.
• Support Finance with daily and monthly closes.
• Maintain up-to-date CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding knowledge.
