Job summary

IVIRMA Global in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time role is initially onsite with potential for a hybrid schedule after the training period.

You will post daily payments and charges, verify data in our EMR system, generate patient statements, and support the Finance Department through close processes while keeping CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding up to date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency - required
• Proficient computer literacy and related technology use
• High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Aptitude to work independently and exercise good judgment

Responsibilities

• Accurately post daily payments and charges to patient accounts for in office and surgical center billing
• Review EMR data before billing to ensure accuracy
• Document progress and office notes in EMR Artemis and/or billing system
• Generate Electronic Patient Statements
• Collect revenue by reviewing and transmitting insurance claims
• Support Finance by daily and monthly close
• Maintain CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding knowledge
