Job summary

IVI RMA GLOBAL in New Jersey seeks a full-time Medical Claims Coordinator to join our Basking Ridge team. The on-site role may include a hybrid arrangement after 90 days, with training and integration support to ensure accurate claim processing.

Responsibilities include contacting insurers to request reprocessing of denied claims, reviewing aging reports, and documenting progress in the Artemis billing system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Experience communicating with various insurance companies is required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical reimbursement experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently is required.
• Strong energy, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills with good judgment are required.
• Experience in Women’s Health or Fertility is preferred.

RMA is seeking a full-time Medical Claims Coordinator to join our growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ. At IVI RMA, we are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees. This position is primarily on-site. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered typically after 90 days of employment, based on performance, role requirements, and business needs. Employees approved for hybrid work are expected to maintain productivity standards and must provide their own reliable equipment and internet access for remote work.

Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The first 90 days of employment will be worked onsite to support training and integration into the team. After 90 days, and contingent upon satisfactory performance, employees may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of up to two remote workdays per week.
