Billing / Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute detailed client invoices based on services provided
• Respond to billing‑related questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional manner
• Record incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with deposit preparation and reporting
• Review and document account adjustments, including credits, overpayments, and write‑offs
• Support onboarding of new clients by setting up billing profiles and maintaining accurate records
• Update and maintain pricing structures and rate changes within the system
• Assist with account transitions and closing processes when internal staff changes occur
• Provide responsive internal support to team members across departments
• Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications
