Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Pittsburgh, PA. This hybrid after training role offers hands-on AR responsibilities, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliations, with room to grow within the accounting team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and a degree in accounting or finance. The position also involves occasional accounts payable support and month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable processing.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
• Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide additional accounting support, including accounts payable processing and month-end activities, as needed.
