• Bill all New and Used car deals and post into Accounting.
• Organize all paperwork in each deal and check for completeness.
• Process Dealer Trades and Payoff checks efficiently.
• Generate and maintain Salesperson’s commission reports.
• Maintain Inventory Schedule and We-Owe Schedule.
• Perform other general accounting procedures.

Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities:

• Bill all New and Used car deals and post into Accounting
• Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
• Process incoming/outgoing Dealer Trades in CDK & process Payoff checks for Trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner.
• Generate and maintain the Salesperson’s commission reports
• Maintains Inventory Schedule & We-Owe Schedule
• Other general accounting procedures
