Job summary

Courage KIA in Huntersville, North Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage billing for New and Used car deals and organize essential paperwork. Responsibilities include processing Dealer Trades and Payoff checks in DealerTrack DMS, as well as generating commission reports for Salespeople.

This position requires accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth operations within the dealership and timely handling of financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Bill all New and Used car deals and post into Accounting.
• Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.).
• Process incoming/outgoing Dealer Trades in DealerTrack DMS.
• Process Payoff checks for Trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution.
• Generate and maintain the Salesperson’s commission reports.
• Maintain Inventory Schedule & We-Owe Schedule.
