Job summary

Hireology is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to help keep our automotive dealership running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, paperwork, and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

You will process and post vehicle sales transactions, review deals for accuracy, maintain deal files, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams. The role supports reconciliations, month-end tasks, and ensures compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership billing or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
