Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support vehicle inventory accounting, dealer trades, and related documentation. The role involves assigning stock numbers, loading data into the DMS, processing MSOs and titles, and assisting with floorplan audits within a fast-growing Midwest dealership group.

Qualifications

• General accounting knowledge and experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and spreadsheet skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle inventory allocations and load into DMS.
• Process dealer trade paperwork, issues payments and confirms receipt of MSO.
• Monitor invoices and adjust floorplans with Controller.
• File invoices, MSOs, titles and assist with floorplan audits.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws on MSOs and titles.
• Scan and file office documents and perform other duties as assigned.
