Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information, and coordinate repair estimates. You will inspect vehicles for potential bodywork, obtain approvals, and communicate timelines and charges to clients.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and professional presentation. A CDK experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and accurate maintenance guidance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify the customer if work is needed.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate and time to complete.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on progress, and communicate changes.
• Refer leads for vehicle sales to the sales departments.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid fumes, dirt, dust and chemicals.
