Morrie's Forest Lake CDJR is hiring an Accounting Assistant to manage accounting processes for vehicle inventory and dealer trades in Forest Lake, MN. The role involves assigning stock numbers, processing dealer trades, and ensuring MSOs and titles are correctly handled.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting processes for vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
• Assign stock numbers to incoming inventory and load into the DMS.
• Process Dealer Trade paperwork, issue payments, and ensure MSO receipt.
• Monitor new vehicle invoices and coordinate floorplan adjustments.
• File invoices, MSOs, and titles.
• Assist with floorplan audits and compliance checks.
• Scan and file office documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
